Meta Admin Center
Admin Center is where you can set up your organization with Meta products. You can:
Remotely manage Meta Quest devices
Create and manage accounts for people in your organization
Manage apps and configurations on Meta Quest devices
Note Regarding ‘Compatibility’ Issues When Installing or Updating APKs
When installing or updating APKs within the Quest for Business ecosystem, you may encounter errors related to the ‘Insight SDK’ or ‘Platform SDK’. As long as the applications are functioning as intended, you can ignore these errors.
The warnings are essentially telling you that the app is expecting certain data sources that aren't necessarily present in Shared Mode.
Adding Existing Quest Devices to Quest for Business
Perform a factory reset on Quest device
Power off device
Press and hold power and volume down button until your headset powers on
From USB Menu, use volume button to navigate to factory reset
Press power button to select
Follow on-screen prompts to connect headset to WiFi
When prompted to connect your headset to the Meta Horizons App, select ‘Connect to your Organization’ instead.
Follow prompts until ‘Temporary Device Code’ is displayed on screen.
Use device code to enroll device in Quest for Business
