Tutoring (SC Only)
Tutoring is available for many courses - in person with some sessions taking place via Zoom.
If your class has a research component, a librarian would love to create online research and instruction support for your students.

There are Research Guides in a tab on the library homepage, that are helpful for beginning research, finding online tools for faculty, and writing and citation help.

Don’t know where to ask your question? HelpZone can get you to the right person to answer your question. Students can get help with Canvas, email, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc. Make an appointment, email your question to firstname.lastname@example.org, or drop in during live hours.

For Live Help
Connect in your Canvas dashboard under the Help menu. Select Student HelpZone and open the Zoom icon. Or sign in to MyNWCCD, go to the main menu, look under Academic Life, select Student HelpZone and open the Zoom icon.
Live hours are posted in the Zoom box on the library homepage and are listed on the Student HelpZone page in MyNWCCD.
